MedFlow Connect AI sends SMS text messages to two groups only: caregivers and staff employed by agencies that use our platform, and designated coordinators at those agencies. Messages are limited to shift availability notifications, opt-in confirmations, call notifications, and related workforce scheduling communications. Messages do not contain protected health information.
We do not send marketing messages, and we do not send text messages to members of the public who call our clients or submit a form on this website. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving any service and is not a condition of employment.
Caregivers and staff who opt in to receive shift availability notifications from MedFlow Connect AI on behalf of their employing agency are subject to the program terms described in our SMS Terms. You can opt in through our caregiver sign-up page or by texting JOIN to our business number.
Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Consent records are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through our caregiver sign-up and workforce communications are stored and transmitted using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
Information submitted to MedFlow Connect AI — including through website forms and phone calls — is used to respond to your inquiry, route call and staffing information to the appropriate agency team, communicate with you about your inquiry or application, and improve the quality and responsiveness of our communication services. Website form submissions and phone inquiries are followed up by email or phone, not by text message. We do not sell submitted personal information to third parties.
